Therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating mental health, addiction, and life’s hardest seasons.

with Chantel White, LCSW

I became a therapist because I believe people are capable of change—and I want to walk with you through it. I’ve worked in a wide range of settings, supporting people who are facing everything from addiction and grief to depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, dealing with family conflict, or seeking healing from the past, I offer a safe space where you can feel heard and supported.
