Hi! I’m Nykasia Williams- I also go by “Nyke” (yes, like the brand). I am currently in the last year of my Master of Social Work program at Ball State University (chirp, chirp!). My practice is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing a supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and purpose. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, parental relationship issues, grief, and navigating life transitions.

I am passionate about helping high-achieving young adults like yourself turn their dreams into reality while maintaining balance and well-being. Together, we’ll explore strategies for managing stress, perfectionism, work-life balance, and life transitions. I understand that transitioning from one phase of life to another can be challenging, but it’s also an opportunity for growth. Supportively, I help individuals embrace change, find meaning in transitions, and discover hidden gems amid uncertainty.

With a heart for holistic healing, I am also comfortable with creating a safe and welcoming space where individuals can explore the intersection of faith and mental health. I understand the importance of faith and spirituality in the pursuit of mental and emotional well-being. Your beliefs are an essential part of who you are, and I’m here to honor and support that integral aspect of your identity. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or simply seeking a greater purpose, we can integrate your beliefs into the therapeutic process.

I am an Indianapolis native and love all that this beautiful city has to offer. In my free time, you can find me relaxing in my hammock with a good book, trying new restaurants, and exploring hidden gems around the city with my family.
